Social Plumbing and Gas is a Strata Specialist Plumber on the Gold Coast.

We are proud to be the recommended Plumber by many Bodies Corporate committees and Strata Managers alike. We understand the intricacies of the Body Corporate world; the various stakeholders involved, the processes required for approval for works to be carried out and money approved to be spent. We efficiently respond to work orders, phone calls and emails when they are sent, and are happy to liaise directly with tenants and owners to arrange access and to resolve the problem quickly and without hassle. We understand how busy property management is, so are here to assist with all plumbing maintenance related issues; including but not limited to dripping, blocked or leaking Taps, Toilets, Showers, Baths and Sinks.

We attend to jobs quickly once a work order is received, keep you and your tenants informed and send through invoices quickly.
